Our sincerest condolences Arlette. Wil is finally at peace.
Dear Hermans family, Our condolences on the loss of Mr. Hermans. We enjoyed many visits with your dad and mom at my parent's home in Douglas. (Kevin and Mary Donohue). We may have even had the odd game of euchre.
Dear Arlette, Anne, Paul, Dave and John,
I am very sorry to hear about Will's passing. My first memory of Will is of him cooking up a great big farm meal when I visited Dave in grade 9. Thankfully it was followed by many other wonderful meals and times at the Hermans' household.
It is good to know that you are all surrounded by so many family and friends during this time. There is certainly no better testament to a life well lived than all of the good people who surrounded that person.

I remember meeting Wil when I was just a wee girl. He and my opa Frits loved going out and walking around his hometown. I have some fond memories of that day when I tagged along. I remember seeing him in 2009 when I went to school in Canada and then again once more in 2012 when I visited. He was a great man and a lovable one at that. The few moments we shared I will remember fondly. My deepest sympathies to my Wil's direct family & relatives. He will be missed but he will always be our friend/loved one/opa/dad!
