With great sadness, we announce the passing of Patricia Anne Maloney (Riopelle) on November 21st 2022 at Renfrew Victoria Hospital, peacefully and surrounded by loved ones.
Loving daughter to the late Angeline (Duqette) and Leonard Riopelle. Dear sister of the late Donald Riopelle (late Mary), late Lawrence Riopelle (Hope), Kenneth Riopelle (Dorothy), Dennis Riopelle (Lynn), John Riopelle (Judy), Father Tom Riopelle, late Donna-Mae Riopelle, and late Raymond Riopelle (late Theresa). Loving wife of the late Donald Maloney. Dear mother of Patrick Maloney (Chantal). Cherished Grandmother of Ryan Lalibertè, Andrèa Willmore
(Lalibertè), Christianne Durish (Lalibertè), Kirstin Martel Maloney, and Rylee Maloney. Great Grandmother to Avery, Chloe, Jordynn, Gabriel, Sawyer, and Isla.
Patricia was well known for her music, playing the organ at both Fatima and St Francis Xavier parishes for more than 30 years as well as her many years spent with the Renfrew Children's Youth choirs.
A graveside committal will be held at Holy Well Cemetery, Mt. St. Patrick, Friday May 12th at 11 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Francis Xavier Church, Renfrew at 2 p.m. Patricia’s wishes, in lieu of flowers, were for donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
