It is with sadness that we announce our Dad's peaceful passing at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Sunday July 21, 2019 at the age of 94. Beloved husband of the late Doreen McDermott.  Dear Dad of Nancy (David Guyea ), Laurie (Richard Freemark), Tom (Sharon Messerschmidt), Patrick (Kathleen). Dear grandpa of Julie (Matthew Jurgensen), Danny (Heidi Freemark), Kathleen (Lloyd Edison), Quinn (Stephane Charbonneau), Emily, Nathan, Michael, Madeline, Olivia, and Owen. Proud great-grandpa of McKenzie, Avery, Collin, Charlotte,Tristan, Moira, Isaac, and Remy. Dear brother of Patricia (Bill Mavis) and John.  Dear friend of the Burnett, Hermans and Winters families.

Visitation will be held at the Goulet Funeral Home, 310 Argyle St, S., Renfrew on Friday from 2-4, 7-9 pm and after 8:45 am Saturday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Church, Renfrew on Saturday July 27th at 10:00 am.
