My memories with my mom will forever be with me. Not only did I lose my mom but my best friend too. I can not thank my Aunts enough for being there for her. I will be looking everyday for you as you said you would come back to me. You promised! It was hard to say good-bye but I will stay strong and see you again. Love you.

Sympathies in this time of sadness and loss to the Turcotte and Trahan families. She was such a nice lady, guess God needed another angel and he sure got a good one with Sylvia.

Sylvia was one of the kindest people, she loved all her family for who they were. She was stubborn and tough to the very end. She never asked for much but that we spend time with her. She was very social and never met a stranger. She would find something to talk about with anyone. She loved her children, grandchildren and great grand child unconditionally. She was like a twin to our sister Gloria, I remember being told by our mother how Sylvia wouldn’t start school unless Gloria could go with her, Gloria had to start a year early, they haven’t been apart much since. I will miss her with all my heart. Love you Silly.

Bubbs, Rhonda and family
So sorry to hear of your moms passing. I have nothing but great memories growing up around the Turcotte family. From our younger days, taking over Ron and Sylvia’s house on Mill Lane, with a break from road hockey, tobogganing at tank hill or whatever the outdoor adventure was at the time. (Ripping around on our suped up BMX’s,swimming at the trustle or building a fort somewhere) to our teenage years throwing a party at their house while she was mixing the greatest Cesar for her regulars at the towns favourite watering hole. I am so fortunate to have grown up around Sylvia and her amazing family.
The neighbourhood would not have been the same without Sylvia.
Deepest sympathy
