I am so sorry to hear about John's passing. He was my teacher at Algonquin College for 3 years. I was a keener and always showed up to class at least half an hour early so we always had chats. He was a kind, intelligent and funny man. He inspired me and gave me the knowledge and experience to launch my career into what it is today. I was recently invited to go back to Algonquin College to recruit some new employees for our organization, from the program, and I was looking forward to maybe seeing him. When I expressed this to my co-worker, she advised me of his passing. What an incredible loss to the youthful minds of today. I am so sorry for your loss. I know he meant a great deal to myself and many students. Know that his legacy lives on through the knowledge and inspiration he gave to hundreds of students.

I was so saddened to hear the news about John.
While he was at Algonquin he was always a joy to speak with. Just two doors down he always stopped by to say a pleasant hello.
My condolences to his family.

Angie and family and John’s extended family
So sad to learn about John’s passing. He and Harry worked together at Mitel and having a connection to Pucker Street, we continued to occasionally pop in and out of each others lives. John was a friend to all and always had time for a chat. But home was his quiet space. Condolences to you all as you adsorb and deal with his loss
