Obituary of Edward Joseph Lepack

In Ottawa General Hosptial on Thursday April 12, 2018, Ed Lepack, age 63 years.  Loving husband of Kelly McCallum. Beloved son of Ida (Rathwell) and the late Lawrence Lepack.  Dear father of Janet, Laura (Justin), and step-father of Tara-Lee (Graham) and Mandy (Jeremy).  Special grandfather of Zachary, Ryan and Abby.  Dear brother of Larry (Jill), Joan (Rick) Hughes.  Pre-deceased by sister Mary Lynn (Ron McInnes) and brother John.  Fondly remembered by his mother in law Faith McCallum, sisters in law Tammie (Peter) and Wendy (Dave).  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Special thanks to Dr. Radke and the staff of the 2nd floor of Renfrew Victoria Hospital, Dr. Millington and staff, ICU Ottawa General Hospital and special thank you to Drs. at the Ottawa General Hospital esp. Dr. Vander Jagt and Eapen during his lengthy illness.  Visitation will be held at the Goulet Funeral Home, 310 Argyle St, S. Renfrew on Wednesday April 18th from 6:00-9:00 pm.  A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Church on Thursday April 19th at 10:30 am.  In memory of Ed, donations to Hospice Renfrew, Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation or Bonnechere Manor Foundation would be appreciated.  Online condolences/donations may be made at www.gouletfuneralhome.com
