Obituary of Angela F. Beatty Legary

It is with great sadness that we announce Angela’s peaceful passing, surrounded by family at Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Thursday May 3, 2018 at the age of 95.   Dear daughter of the late Frank and Elsie Beatty. Beloved Mom of Mary Charlotte (Angelo Graham). Dear grandma of Bridget and Harley Mallon. Proud great-grandmother of Finnegan and Aurora. Dear sister of Anne McMahon.  Angela will be lovingly remembered by her niece Catherine Hyde and nephew John McMahon and their families. Predeceased by her sisters Lois Wheeler and Audrey Beatty, and her brothers Leo, John, Dom and Francis "Bud".

 After a dedicated nursing career in Ottawa, Angela returned to Renfrew and she engaged herself in community and church activities, local travels and innumerable jaunts around town.  She lived her days with great determination, strength and faith.

A Memorial visitation will be held at the Goulet Funeral Home, 310 Argyle St, S, Renfrew on Monday May 7th from 2-4, 7-9 pm only. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Church, Renfrew on Tuesday May 8th at 11:00 am. Interment St. Francis Xavier Cemetery. Donations, in lieu of flowers may be made to St. Francis Xavier Church Memorial Fund,  Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation or  the Sunshine Coach
