Obituary of Marcel Raymond Proulx

Peacefully, on Valentine's day, Marcel went to join his sweetheart on February 14, 2019 at the age of 89.  Loving husband of the late Virgina Wakeford.  Dear father of  Ronald, Toronto. Predeceased by his son Dennis and daughter Nicole. Proud grandpa of Samantha (Eric). Dear great-grandfather of Cole, and Henri St. Denis. Marcel will be missed by his siblings and many nieces and nephews. 

The last number of years Marcel has resided at Miramichi Lodge in Pembroke.  In keeping with Marcel's wishes a Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Holy Name of Jesus Chapel, 284 Trafalgar Road Pembroke on Wednesday February 20th at 11:00 am.  Spring interment St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.  Donations in Marcel's memory may be made to Dementia Society of Renfrew County.  Online condolences/donations may be made at www.gouletfuneralhome.com
