Please accept our sincere condolences. Larry was always so dependable and we always enjoyed his drop-in banter for the pick up or drop offs at our office. While it was never long, it was always meaningful. He will be missed. Gabe Leclerc and Susie Kaerbye - Edward Jones Arnprior.

We knew Larry as our very dependable ICS delivery person. Larry delivered innumerable packages to our office over the past many years, I believe more than twenty. His gruff exterior was only the a thin veneer covering the warm caring person he was. My deepest condolences on your loss. He will be sorely missed.

Larry was a people person, he loved his job and the interaction of the many people he met everyday. He was a great follower of Lowell Green and liked to pass on his opinion of the day. Most of us have known Larry for as long as he delivered for ICS. Being grumpy was his way of teasing as he also enjoyed a little back talk and sass in return. It didn't matter how bad the weather, he forged thru and delivered the goods. Everyday we looked forward to the political update followed by the weather and road reports and with that he would chuckle, tuck his pen behind his ear and be gone out the door.
Larry you will be missed more than you could ever have imagined.

Larry was our ICS courier at the office and for our customers for many years, and I had the good fortune of getting to know him over daily early morning chats when he came in to the office. He always had a bit of news to share or comment on, a story to tell, or a patient ear to listen with. I was very saddened to hear that he is gone, and offer deepest condolences to his family and loved ones on behalf of myself and my staff here at the Essilor office in Ottawa.

Diane, I know my words can only offer a little comfort but know the feelings behind them are genuine and filled with sorrow.
Travis has fond memories of playing cards with Larry at Johnny’s place. He always said how much fun it was to visit with them.
May you grieve as you wish and take all the time you need. If I can help in any way, I’m here for you.

Dear Dianne and Family,
I don’t know where to begin! There are some people who are a part of our lives for so many years that we never imagine them not being around. Larry is one of those people. He has been our ICS courier for as long as I can remember. I grew up seeing Larry deliver the parcels to our store. He liked to remind me of that quite often. A few weeks ago, my son was in the store when Larry was in. He commented on the size of my son now and how he remembers when he was an infant.
It will not be the same without him for so many of us. We loved listening to his political views and what authors he would recommend. He was always up on all the news of the world and would gladly fill us in on these events. We loved his way of pretending to always be grumpy and of course the banter back and forth.
We loved Larry and will for always miss him and cherish his memory.
Hugs
Ellen Eady

Dianne & Family,
As you know Dianne, I have known Larry since he started at ICS which has been almost 30 years! We all were much younger back then however so many things did not change - Larry's smile, Larry's patience, Larry's respect & honesty & most of Larry's strong work ethnic! Larry was not only a coworker but also a true friend! Larry will be deeply missed however never forgotten. My deepest sympathies to you Dianne & the family.

John and I want to express our most sincere and deepest sympathies to Dianne at the passing of her soul mate, Larry. I am Dianne's best friend, and as such, we spent many days and evenings with her and Larry. Most of the time it was to play cards, or to go out for meals together or stay at one of our places for shared home cooked meals. They were such memorable and happy times, and John and myself are going to miss them very much. Larry was a wonderful man, and we were happy to know him. And I know that Larry and Dianne loved each other very much. Dianne, I hope you feel some comfort knowing that Larry is up with the Angels, and is looking down on you, as you navigate through your life without him. I am sure that he is at peace, and can now be your Guardian Angel.

Dianne, what a beautiful tribute to Larry! Sun, rain, sleet or snow Larry would arrive. When he was late we would watch for him to be sure he was safe, I can only imagine how worried you would have been until he walked through the door. I know there will be many of us who will miss seeing him walk through our door. We will miss his smile, political advise and opinions, his weather and road reports and his humour. Hold tight to all your memories. " Rest in Peace Larry"

May the beautiful memories you hold in your heart bring you comfort and strength in the days ahead. It is quiet a complement to the personality of an individual when they leave an impression when doing their job daily. Many times Larry shared with me directions to the places I traveled not often but needed to get to; Larry knew the easiest routes. He always said Hi no matter where he was and was so easy to tease. I am sure you will feel his love with you daily as he will be guiding you in the direction he thinks is easiest.
My Sincere Sympathy

I’ve know Larry for over 5 years. I was completely shocked to receive the news of his passing yesterday. I’m going to deeply miss our daily banters! You will be missed by so many clients who appreciated your smile, professionalism and loyalty. Larry was one of those good-guys. Rest In Peace.
