Obituary of Edmon Andrew Kauffeldt

It is with great sadness that we announce Edmon's peaceful passing at Groves Park Lodge surrounded by his loving wife and daughters on Tuesday September 8, 2020 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Donna Burgess for 60 years. Loving Dad of Cindy (Don Friske), Wendy (Kevin Hill), Jeannie (Travis Hiderman) and Buffie (Dave Rathwell). Dear Pop of Justin (Kurstyn), Bailey (Brendan), Alysha (Dane), Spencer, Christena, Craig, Carissa (Dylon), and Riley. Dear great-poppa of Adelynn, Colton, Joyce and Rory. Loving brother of Rosilee (Earl Thomson), Floyd (Marie), Gordon (Diane), Evert (late Maxine), Wilbert (Carol), Paul (Carol) and Mary Wilson. Brother in law of Elaine and Helen. Edmon will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews and the Burgess family. Predeceased by siblings Edward, Warren, Pam and Harry. Visitation will be held at the Goulet Funeral Home 310 Argyle Street S, Renfrew on Thursday September 10 from 3- 6 pm. A private family service will be held with interment to follow at Matawatchan Cemetery. Donations in his memory may be made to Groves Park Lodge Auxiliary.
