Obituary of Eileen Margaret Vice

With grace and dignity, our kind and gentle mother, Eileen (Doolan) Vice peacefully passed away on December 15th, 2020 in her 92nd year. She was surrounded by the love of her family and in the care of the compassionate Bonnechere Manor staff. Eileen was the devoted wife of the late Tom Vice (2005) and wonderful mother of Jane Valliquette (Ez), Tom (Peg), Jim (Mary), Larry (Mary Ellen) and Tim (Tracey). Proud grandmother of Mark (Laura), Lisa (Scott), Amy (Gary), Allye, Caroline, Eric, Brian, Connor, Greg (Silvia), Alec (Lindsay), Peter, Michael, Patrick (Caroline), Shawn (Hailey) and Quinn. Loving Gammie of Hudson, Elena, Seamus, Daphne, Desmond and Ronan. Eileen was born in Ottawa on June 7th, 1929 to J.P. and Eileen (Nininger) Doolan. She is the loving sister of Marilyn Watson (late Jim) and Sister Gwen Doolan and special cousin of Jean Barry (John). She was predeceased by her brother, Jack and survived by sister-in-law, Eileen Vice. Eileen was a proud graduate of the University of Ottawa, class of 1950. Special thanks to the caring staff at Bonnechere Manor especially to her granddaughter Lisa for always watching over her Nannie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Church Renfrew on Saturday December 19th at 11:00. Spring interment Parish Cemetery.
