Obituary of Alex Edward Gavinski

It is with great sadness that we announce Alex's sudden passing at Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Saturday January 9, 2021 at the age of 84. Loving husband of 61 years to Margaret Chapeski. Cherished Dad of Alex, Valerie Kasaboski, Suzanne "Susie" Lepine (Dennis). Proud and loving grandpa of Alyssa, Andrea, A.J., Alison, Megan, Sabrina, Andrew and Sara. Dear great-grandpa of six. Alex will be fondly remembered by his sister Barbara Langlois, his sister in law Dorothy Roach and his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sisters Catherine Kasaboski and Margaret and his brothers Thomas and James. A private family service will be held at the Goulet Funeral Home. Donations in Alex's memory may be made to the Renfrew Victoria Hospital Oncology Unit.
