Obituary of Rosemary Ann Donohue

Rosemary Ann Donohue (nee Maloney) Feb 16, 1931 - March 13, 2021 After the joy of many visits from family this past week, Rosemary passed away peacefully. Her Irish eyes are smiling as she reunites with her husband, James E. Donohue and son, Jim Donohue Jr., as well as her parents, Jim and Audrey (Torrie) Maloney, stepmother Catherine (Corkery) Maloney, sisters Elaine Mullin (late Chris), Adair Masterson (late Jerome) and brother, Martin Maloney. She can now enjoy sing-a-longs and bridge with her in-laws, including her sister-in-law and close friend, Maureen Prince. Left to share her life stories are her children: Peggy (Tom) Vice, Pat (Keltie), Louise (Brian Miller), Michael and Sean, along with grandchildren Allye and Caroline; Shannon (Jordan Worek) and Meaghan (Alexey Khrabrov); Adair (Alex Famania) and Rachel (Em Heppler); David, Jasmine and Jamie. Those stories will also be shared with her adorable great grandchildren Winslow, Wolfgang, Levi, Cameron and Caden, and her sisters Cathy Clancy (Jim), Maureen Maloney and Margaret Howell (Randy) as well as many nieces and nephews. Rosemary and her family are grateful for the compassionate care given by the staff at St. Pat's Home of Ottawa since November 2015. Weekly Skype sing-a-longs with family helped maintain vital family connections over the last difficult year. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Francis Xavier Church, Renfrew on Friday, March 19, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. Inurnment will be held later in the year.
