Obituary of Jean Margaret Sowa (nee Murphy)

With heavy hearts we are sad to announce that our beloved Mom passed away peacefully at Caressant Care Cobden on Tuesday July 6, 2021 in her 90th year. She was predeceased by her husband Frank and her son Frank (Francis). Loving Mom of Patricia, Joanne, Stephen (Sandy), Marilyn and Barbara. Jean will be remembered by her sister Christena (Gordon Mulvihill), her sister-in -law Bernadette Murphy, her 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by her sister Sheila Nichols (Gordon), and her brother Leo Murphy. A graveside service will be held at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Renfrew on Friday July 9th at 10:30 am. Donations in memory of Jean may be made to Heart and Stroke or Cancer Society.
