Obituary of Vernon Richard Edwards

After a brief but courageous battle against cancer, Vernon passed away at home with his family by his side at the age of 72 on August 1, 2021. Vernon was predeceased by his parents Frank and Margaret Dorothy Edwards. He will be dearly missed by his partner Carol, cherished sister Brenda (the late Richard) Beaubien. His loving children Paul Edwards and Ronda(Guy) Giles. Step-father to Rob, Doug(Leslie)and Kris. Dear Grandpa to Amber(Tyler), Brody, Abigail, Morgan, Chasidy, Bailey, Taylor, Braeden, Robbie, Marissa and Marley. Great-Grandpa of Skye, Autumn, Gage, Madeline, Conner, Spencer, Emerson, Cole, Porter, Ella and Larson. Loving Brother-In-law to Deb and Eric, Dona and Glenda. Vernon will be especially missed by our extended family Elbon and Kim Eady. He is survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
