We met at Mary and Massimo’s’ wedding in Coventry. You were a lovely, fun lady. It was fabulous to meet to you. We do have photos, but I have not been able to locate just yet. Your brothers Danny and Ray were in their element to have you and your sister from NZ in Coventry.
So sorry for your loss to your lovely family. Our condolences.

I had the privilege and honour to call you my mother-in-law for the past 33 years and I will always cherish the special relationship that we had; not every gal is as lucky as I was to have such a generous and caring mother-in-law. You doted over all of us (especially your two grandchildren) and took pleasure in all our successes and encouraged us when things were not always bright. You were a true gem and I know that you now watch over us from above. I will dearly miss our weekly tea party and chats that we had. Love you always and till we meet again. Tamara Hisko xoxo

Dear Brenda, and family.
Sincere condolences on the loss of your mom, she was a lovely person. I remember playing cards as well as darts usually against her through tournaments put on by the legion. She always had a smile and a friendly hello for you.
Take care
Fred, Sue Swant

I have a long history with Ann Hisko, my aunt and first cousin to her children, her middle son and I are only one month apart, yes, another Hisko. I remember her well and how kind she was to me especially after my mother passed away over 50 years ago. Never a bother that I was at their home so frequently when they lived on Haig, always happy to see me. I count my blessings that she was there, as someone who cared. I will always remember the accent, it belonged to her, as she was the only Irish person I knew. A truly lovely, lovely lady. My heartfelt condolences to Brenda, Kevin and Kerry.

To the Hisko family and the many friends of Ann, please accept my sincere sympathies and condolences on her passing. I played at card tournaments with Ann and her good friend the late Mabel Eady on behalf of the Renfrew Legon Branch 148. What wonderful memories of such fun times and a good day out
Of course the day was never complete until we enjoyed dinner and a little liquid refreshment at one of Ottawa's restaurants.
Ann you and Mabel will be right into a good game of euchre, and I cant imagine who will challenge and beat the pair of you.
You were a great lady.
