My heart goes out to Landen and family. I never had the opportunity to meet him but have heard many wonderful things about him. I know Landen is in a beautiful place watching over the ones he cared for and loved. With greatest sympathy and love from Orlena

i met Landen through my younger cousin, Isaac. it probably took only 5 minutes until Landen was my friend too. my first impression was, holy man, how’s this kid got so much energy? he was also sweet, caring, and the person who could make me laugh despite having a really bad day. we went on all sorts of adventures, from spontaneous mcdonald’s trips to swimming off the piers in Burnstown to simple afternoons spent at the park, all of it i’ll cherish always. one of the last things i remember during one of our hangouts is him asking if i could refer to him as my cousin too, i said of course, he was already family to me. so to you little cousin, i’ll miss you so much, i love you, and let’s laugh together again someday.

Landen was a hard worker. He was always ready to lend a hand without complaint. He loved my cooking and appreciated my generosity. He was fiesty and charismatic. He believed in his core values almost to a fault. He had a strong mind and did not hesitate to share his thoughts and perspective. He was sensitive and full of love to give. He was great with children and patient. Eager to learn and willing to sacrifice. Sometimes very stubborn that it would get on my nerves but as I opened up to know him I learned that it was his eagerness to please and be understood. I will treasure the memories we made over the past year I had the pleasure of getting to know him and what made him who he was. There are many memories to share. One that I thought of today was the time his bike broke down and he went to the farmers to borrow a phone. The farmers were scared of him. It was dark and he was a tall boy so it intimidated them. They treated him unkind at no fault of anyone's. When Landen told me how upset he was I drove to the farmers house and gave them hell over it. Landen thought this was funny as I was 7 months pregnant at the time. He never let me wash a dish in his presence or lift a thing. He is deeply missed and my heart aches for his loved ones. Especially his mother. They were two peas in a pod. He boasted about her and was very proud of his family. My deepest most sincere condolences.

Our favorite memory of our nephew Landen was :
Him mispronoucing Sally at a young age .
He would tell his brother Logan;
when Logan was upset about something , he would tell Logan ' Stop being a salade, because he couldnt pronounce A Sally...Tee hee tee hee
Uncle Darryl your first cousin Brent and Auntie will miss your forever glow of happiness, your infectious laughter ,
your willingness to please others above your own.
Your vivacious characteristics and above all else , your strong minded will power and relentlessness of strenght in mind and soul , just like your Aunty Natasha.
Soar high my nephew , soar high ...
We love you god bless
