Although we both worked at Mitel in the early 80's, our paths never crossed. It was 25 years later that we met again at BreconRidge. Alec was our consummate host in China while working on a project together, always providing a laugh. Many great memories outside of work. Rest in peace Alec.

Alec was a great friend, not just to me but to so many, and he will be sorely missed. He was a great guy on all levels, always had a smile to offer, and it is also impossible to think of Alec without remembering his infectious laughter. The memories are many, and they will live on. So many memories of Alex and his infectious laugh. My favorite has to be when we were car pooling and coming home one night and Alec had to brake hard to avoid an accident on what was then old hwy 17, in his natural protective way as he started to brake his right hand flew across my chest to hold me in my seat. Afterwards he was so apologetic but we ended up having a good laugh out of a near tragic situation. RIP my dear friend.
