So sad to hear of the passing of Marcella and sending my sympathy to her loving family.
Marcella was an absolutely wonderful and giving person in so many ways, including her many contributions as a volunteer at Wilno Heritage Society events and activities, often dressed in pioneer costume- at a variety of sites, on a float in the Renfrew 150 parade in 2008, in a tent for Renfrew County's Expo 150 in Petawawa in 2011, in senior's homes, and at the Museum in Wilno on many summer afternoons. She would share her wit and wisdom, and heritage stories and memories, always with a big smile. She was so very much appreciated and will really be missed.

So sorry to hear of Marcella’s passing. She was a great friend of Mom and they spent a lot of time together. I remember the clothes Marcella made for me or made alterations for me as well. She was an incredible talented woman and always so friendly. Both Mom and Dad were friends with your parents.Dad worked at the mines with your Dad.
It is sad to lose a parent at any time in our lives and I’m sure you will all miss her. May she Rest In Peace.

at Butsons, in the restaurant at Butsons Motel. They were quite a pair! Also Marcella's husband, "Eddie" was the
handyman at Butsons Motel, doing whatever was necessary w/his hammer and saw!!...That made quite a trio

When I think of Marcella the word "lovely" comes to mind. She was cordial, caring, and kind to all she met. She also made the best hand knitted socks. She was a local hero to many for simply being herself. Marcella showed the rest of us how to be strong, stand tall and speak our minds with peace and acceptance. My heartfelt condolences to the cybulskie family, to her sisters, friends and extended family.
She was A very sweet lady and I remember her coming down to visit my parents and she would sit and have lots of good chats reminiscing with my dad about their younger days and many good laughs they had together. I remember my dad telling me he was in her wedding.
She will be missed by many, I’m sure my dad and her are having lots of chats and laughs.

This dear lady was such a beautiful soul. Her home was always warm and welcoming, I enjoyed playing with all my young girl cousins too. I remember you all at the cottage at the golf club and how your presence in the little cottage made me want to join your fun. Your mom and her sisters were so good to keep in touch with my mom, Wilma Adamchick, after dad passed.

Where does one begin to share the life of Mrs. Cybulski! As a young girl I worked with her at Butson’s, she made our clothes growing up and kept us styling, she made our wedding cakes and Christmas cakes and the list goes on. Mrs. Cybulski always had such pleasant stories for you. I would call her from time to time from Edmonton and have a wee chat to see if she was making any more Christmas cakes and was lucky to get one of her last batches that my sister Colleen picked up for me. She was a wonderful, hardworking and strong lady. We had many laughs through the years and I will have a special place in my heart for her. Thinking of the family at this time.

Jeff and Kim Coyle located in Southern California, United States - Youngest son of (George and Geraldine Coyle - deceased), Grandson to (Anna Mary Cybulski and Alexander Glofcheskie - Deceased). My grandmother was the sister of Edward Cybulski. I have so many fond Memories of Aunt Marcella and Uncle Ed and your entire family. During our summers my family and extended family had the opportunity to come to Round Lake and Renfrew to spend time with all the fun that your family never failed to bring. We attended lots of weddings and so much fun and excitement. Aunt Marcella was quite the Matriarch and always cooked large quantities of things for the family and the community. She was a very special lady and a person that was unforgettable. As my mother might say, "Oh, what a grand life she lived." I know that you all will miss her, but rest assured with all her good works, she is in heaven enjoying all the people that have gone before her passing. Marcella is one of my many cousins. Her Mother Rose Burchat was my Father Joe Peplinski's older sister. Marcella was the chef @ Renfrew Golf Club May 21, 1960 and served my wedding Dinner when I married Gerry Yakabuski from Plaunt St. in Renfrew. I do remember that the dessert was Pineapple Delight. She and her sister Florence are my inspiration as I'm in my 86th year and still making quilts to be donated to patients undergoing cancer, dialysis etc treatments. My project next week will be a queen size wedding quilt made with Indonesian Batik Fabrics.
I would phone Marcella and tell her what an inspiration she and Florence were to their younger cousins.
If someone from the Ottawa Area would be able to give me a drive I would like to be @ the Funeral Mass on Saturday. My Daughter Anne Marie is in Oakville that day to bring my 2nd Grandson Brayden home from Sheridan College.
