Obituary of Florence "Flo" Laprade
Peacefully surrounded by the love of her family at Hospice Renfrew on Wednesday March 20th , 2024. Flo cherished wife of Roy for 65 years. Loving Mom of Jeff (Joanne) and the late Phil. Beloved grandma of Avery. Dear sister of Helen Krzyzewski. Flo will be fondly remembered by the Fourth Street neighbours and the afternoon coffee gang at McDonald’s. Flo was a foster Mom, known as “Nana Flo” for over 25 years. She supported many children when they greatly needed the love and attention. She was a great baker and was famous for her shortbread cookies. She will be greatly missed.
At Flo's wishes there will be no services. Donations in her memory may be made to Hospice Renfrew. The family wishes to thank the wonderful and compassionate staff of Hospice Renfrew who took great care of Flo and our family. Arrangements entrusted to the care of the Goulet Funeral Home, Renfrew
