Obituary of Lyle Jay Sheldrick
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden and tragic death of our beloved Husband, Dad and Grandpa on Monday July 8th in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Elaine for 63 years. Dear father of Kevin (Leigh Anne), Darryl and Darlene. Proud and loving grandpa of Matthew (Michelle), Brittney (Mike), Corey (David), Taylor and Cole. Dear great-grandpa of Merrick and Mila. Lyle was the son of the late Flossie and Jay Sheldrick and was one of 12 children.
Lyle loved spending time with his family, watching his sports on TV and being outdoors caring for his property. He will be greatly missed. A private family service will be held. Donations in his memory may be made to the Renfrew Victoria Hospital. The family wishes to thank the paramedics, fire and police services that assisted in the rescue efforts.
