Obituary of Charlotte Ann Coe

With profound sadness we announce the passing of Charlotte  Ann Coe (Riopelle) on Tuesday October 8, 2024.  Cherished wife of Butch Coe (predeceased September 24, 2023).  Loving Mom and best friend of Andrea (Rob), Russell (Carly), Jon (Mandy) and Steacy (Tyler).  Devoted and proud Nana to Quinn (Tia), Mackenna (Sia), Ethan, Jasper, Ivy, Maverick, Iris, Dorothy and Amelia.  Cherished sister of Garry (Barb), Dennis (Sandra), Terry (Gloria), Joanne (Nelson), Sheila, Patsy and Annette (Scott).  Sister in law of Alice (Desi) and Kim (Lee).  Predeceased by her loving parents Hanna and Melville Riopelle, sister Elaine and her in-laws Michael Kelly, Donna Riopelle, Keith Watson, Dulcie Coe, Orville Coe, Keith Coe, Charles Coe,  Rob Coe and Nancy Folkard.  Greatly missed by her fur baby Max.

Charlotte’s most prized possession was her family including her children, grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews and cousins.  She treasured her special relationships that she had with each and every one. Her friends were plenty and we can take great care in knowing that she was loved by many. There were not many days where you would not find her at a bingo or euchre party somewhere in the Ottawa Valley.  After Dad’s passing she was so strong, but we know that she missed him every moment of every day.  We find peace in knowing she met him with open arms and that they are now reunited. 

A Celebration to honour Charlotte’s memory will be held at the Royal Canadian Airforce Wing, 164 Argyle St S Renfrew on Saturday November 23rd.  Drop in will be from 1:00 -6:00pm. Donations in her memory may be made to the Pembroke Regional Hospital.
