Peacefully with his wife Joanne by his side on Wednesday March 20, 2013 at the age of 60. Jack, beloved husband of Joanne. Dear Dad of David (Linda) and Step-Dad of Todd and Justin Schaafsma. Dear brother of Anne (Dick) Feikema, Barb (Jack) Agnes, Elsie (Paul) Miller. Jack is survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews. *Please note that there is a severe flower allergy in the family.
