In Ottawa Civic Hospital on Friday August 7, 2009. Jack Welsh, age 60 years. Beloved spouse of Merelyn Williams; dear father of John (Lisa), Sandy (Brent) Ritz and step-father of Shelley Williams. Survived by brothers Robert (Sheila) and Terry, sister Patsy (Bruce Mullen); grandchildren Hailey & Madison Welsh, Kelsey Ritz, Quinn & Nigel Williams; many nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by parents Gerald & Dorothy (Leslie) Welsh.
