Obituary of Charlotte Rose Jack

Jack, Charlotte (nee Warren) It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of a loving mom and gramsy on Wednesday February 17, 2016 at the age of 74. Charlotte will be greatly missed by her loving daughter Krista (Todd) Scheuneman, her dear grandson Kaelum and her grand-puppies Samson and Milton. Cherished sister of Marion Stringer (late Doug), Phyllis Hunter (late Charlie), Nora Mulvihill (late Conn), and Lynn Larocque (James). Charlotte will be missed by her former spouse Davies Jack. She was predeceased by her partner Hilmar Perneel in 2015 and her siblings Doreen Stubinski (late Wyndham), Donald (late Marion), and Marilyn Warren. At Charlotte’s request a graveside service will be held in the spring. Donations in Charlotte’s memory may be made to the Lung Assocation or Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation.
