Obituary of Duncan (D.J.) McCallum

(Hobby Farmer & Former Pipe Major of Renfrew Highland Pipes and Drums) Peacefully at Hospice Renfrew on Sunday November 6th, 2016 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of the late Grace Yakaback. D.J. was the son of the late John James and Lila Mae nee (Hunt). Dear father of Gary and Keith (Elaine). Proud grandfather of Matthew, Christina (Brady), Magnolia, Troy, Trevor,Tara (Jason)and great-grandfather of 12. Dear brother of Leo (Anna), Noreen (late Steve McGregor)and Mac McCallum (Genny). Predeceased by his brothers Glen and Delmer. Dear brother in law of Faith McCallum. D.J. will be greatly missed by his good friend Alice. Visitation will be held at the Goulet Funeral Home, 310 Argyle St, S Renfrew on Wednesday November 9th from 2-4, 7-9 pm and after 9 am Thursday. Funeral Services will be held at Renfrew Presbyterian Church on Thursday November 10th at 10:30 am. Interment Goshen Cemetery.
