Uncle Dan was a quiet, humble man who enjoyed discussing sports and reading. Family was everything to him. I will never forget the trips he took us on with my mom (St. Joseph's Oratory; Tweed - to visit the Lajoie cousins; picking us up from the airport when we landed in Toronto from the States...). He was a man of few words, but they were well-chosen, and often witty. We will miss this wonderful, caring man, but will not forget him.
