Obituary of Harry John Hanniman
Passed away peacefully in Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Saturday December 30, 2017. Harry Hanniman of Renfrew Ontario, age 92 years, was predeceased by his beloved wife of 62 years, Kay Hanniman (Mulvihill) in 2011. An active member of the Legion community, Harry often talked about his travel experiences while serving with the RCAF in the Second World War. He will be deeply missed as a father and fishing partner to Barry (Susan), Cheryl Hanniman (Jim Buchanan) and Karen (Bill) Reid. Proud Grampa to Trina Hanniman (Terry Dowsett), Stacy (Colin) Higgins, Jennifer (Rob) Jones, Jamie (Emily) Reid, and very special Great-Grampa to Emily, Michael, Ethan, Cole, Paxton, Austin, Sean and Madison.
Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Renfrew, Tuesday January 2nd, 2018 at 2:00pm. Family and friends are welcome to join a reception following at the Royal Canadian Legion, 30 Raglan St. S. to celebrate Harry’s life and legacy.
