Obituary of Florence Justine McNulty-Wood

Peacefully on July 27th at Ottawa General Hospital in her 93rd year surrounded by her beloved family.

When the Book of  Earth is written - in the chapter on human grace, dignity and love - will be the story and picture of Florence McNulty-Wood.

She is survived by eight of her nine McNulty children - Peggy (Ron Waske), Dean (Roxanne), Dennis (Joanie), Tim, Andy, Patrick (Alisa), Grant (Lori) and Jacqueline (Jody Shalla). She also leaves 16 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Florence is also survived by brothers Ivan Kilby and Ron Kilby (Patricia) and by sisters Donna Sutherland and Cathy Clarke (Al). Predeceased by son Garry McNulty (Alicia), grandson Ryan McNulty, great grandson Alexander Jo and great grandbaby Enzio as well as first husband Jack McNulty and second husband Curly Wood. She was also predeceased by sisters Margaret Strahan, Muriel Foy, Lois Robillard and Doreen Aubrey as well as brothers Stanley, Marcel and Douglas Kilby and her parents Rose and Mike Kilby. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses in the ICU unit at the General for their compassionate and wonderful care. We would also like to extend our thanks to the staff at Bonnechere Manor for their respectful and courteous care during our mother's final months. Visitations at the Goulet Funeral Home, 310 Argyle St. S., Renfrew, Wednesday: 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Church, Thursday August 2^nd at 10:30 a.m. Interment St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.
