Obituary of Kenneth J Culhane

It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful death of Kenny Culhane on Sunday, December 2, 2018 in his 65th year. Beloved husband of Bernadette (Windle) for 38 years and friends since age 13. Cherished father of Katie(Patrick) and Megan (Graham). Predeceased by his parents Tom and Mary Culhane, his in-laws John and Gertie Windle and his Brother Tommy Culhane. He is survived by his three sisters and three brothers: Donna, Mickey (Dianne), Margaret, Terry (Lori), Kareen (Tom), Bobby (Lynn) and Tommy’s wife Bernie. He will be fondly remembered by his Windle in-laws, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great, great nephews. His long time colleagues of Bell Canada and myriad of friends and hunting buddies will also miss him greatly.

A very special thank you to Dr. Heather Abramenko and her staff of Almonte.  Much gratitude to the Lung Transplant Team and the Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit of the Toronto General Hospital for their valiant efforts on his behalf.  A special thank you to Dr. Cecilla Chaparro and Dr. Laura Donahoe. We will always be indebted to our many family members and dear friends for all of their loving support and prayers. The passing of Kenny to his wife, his daughters, his siblings and their spouses is such a loss and will be felt for years to come. Kenny’s positive attitude, friendliness, sense of humor, jokes and tricks touched many lives, and, without a doubt, he will be sorely missed by all.
