Obituary of John Stanley Mulvihill

Peacefully at Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Monday, April 18, 2022 in his 92nd year. Stanley was predeceased by his wife Lois (March 31, 2020). Loving father of Gordon (Christena), David (Elaine), Leo (Sharon) Linda (Martin), and Scott (Rhonda). Dear Grandpa to Sarah (Jay), Owen (Kristy), Matthew (Kristina), Heather (Wayne), Erin (Matthew), Jason, Kaitlyn and Dylan. Proud Great-Grandpa to Rylee, Logan, Chloe, Lily, Murray and Patrick. Predeceased by granddaughter Teagan. Survived by siblings Majorie Guzonas of Flesherton and Leona Korchuk of Bloomfield. Predeceased by parents Daniel and Margaret (Kenopic) Mulvihill. Stanley was predeceased by siblings and spouses, Francis Mulvihill (Molly), TP Mulvihill (Catherine), Violet Berger (Glen), Shirley Cameron (Billy), Clarissa Mulvihill, Doris Swiderski (Chester), Gerald Mulvihill (Eleanor Pincombe) and Joan. Also predeceased by his brothers-in-law Stanley Guzonas and Al Korchuk. Dear brother-in-law of Anne Miller (James). Dude was a life long resident of Calabogie and he was a great outdoorsman. He will be sadly missed by his family and many friends. Thank you to the Drs. and staff of Renfrew Victoria Hospital for their excellent care and compassion. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Goulet Funeral Home, Renfrew. A graveside service for Stanley & Lois will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery, Calabogie on Saturday July 16, 2022 at 1 p.m. Donations may be made to St. Andrews United Church, Calabogie, or Renfrew Victoria Hospital.
