Obituary of Carol Freemark

In loving memory of (Diana) Carol Freemark. Carol was born in Renfrew, Ontario on December 21, 1951 to the late Lorne and Diana (nee McCormack) Freemark and passed away on April 28, 2023 after a brief illness. Carol was small in stature but had a big heart and a big smile. Renfrewites knew Carol from her years working as a pharmacist at Aikenhead's Drug Store. To know Carol was to know of her obsession for The Beatles and the colour pink! Her many nieces and nephews think of the fun aunt who provided many hours of entertainment with an endless supply of movies and video games that brought cousins together on holidays. She was a person who never forgot a birthday or anniversary. Dear sister of Tim, Debbie (deceased), Michael (Peggy), Judy (Vern Prentice) and David (Tara Stevenson). Cherished aunt of Christine, Sarah, Leo, Alex (Ian McLean), Erin, Janet Prentice (Josh Brierley), Michael, Stephanie & Colin Prentice, Sam and Maureen (Bob Angell). Great aunt of Ava, M.J. and Hazel. Mommy to doggy Gina.

Visitations at the Goulet Funeral Home, 310 Argyle St. S., Renfrew, Tuesday May 2nd: 2-4, 6-8 p.m. and after 9:15 a.m. Wednesday. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Church, Wednesday May 3rd at 10:30 a.m. Interment Parish Cemetery. In Memory of Carol, donations to Dementia Society or the Diabetes Association would be appreciated.  Online condolences/donations may be made at www.gouletfuneralhome.com
